Jeff Davis
Founder/ Lead Engineer
Jeff has ten years of experience in networking and user support. He is enthusiastic about IT and is professionally and personally dedicated to his craft. Jeff started his career working for several IT managed services providers. He disliked the detached nature he continuously observed toward skilled technicians internally and ultimately toward the client, resulting in client and technician dissatisfaction. He envisioned a company where IT was treated like the skilled trade that it is. A "one-stop shop" for all of a company's IT needs made up of highly skilled and friendly technicians delivering a personal, hands-on approach. He founded Cerverus IT with a mission to offer organizations the experience of an internal IT Department: a trusted partner providing support, guidance, and consultancy. When faced with a challenge, Jeff is always committed to thoroughly researching, designing, and implementing innovative, efficient, and reliable solutions that ensure operations are at peak efficiency.

Chantelle Petrell
Support Engineer
Chantell has over four years of technical experience in IT, working most recently with Palo Alto Networks. She specializes in documentation and technical writing and ensures documentation and internal processes are streamlined and smooth. In her previous employment, she earned awards for Top Collaborator in IT and Top Service Team Member. She brings her talent for helping others to her work and a friendly demeanor that inspires confidence during any challenge.

Customer Services
Natalie has over fifteen years providing customer service and support in several capacities. Her most recent experience working in the mental health field afforded her the opportunity to hone her interpersonal communication skills and calmly focus on solutions during challenging situations. She has a strong work ethic and is passionate about organization and efficiency.
